It will be necessary for you to furnish us with either one of the following, (1.) the color of the gown or (2.) mail us a swatch (which we feel is best) In the comment section of the order form please note that you have a swatch, and we will e-mail you an address with your invoice as to where you should mail the swatch. It is important that you understand as stated in our RETURN POLICY dyed shoes are not returnable and without a swatch we will do our best, but will not be responsible if the color is not an exact match. With a swatch we will guarantee our work. Please allow up to one extra week to receive your shoes. Dyed footwear can look different from indoors to outdoors due to the ultra violet rays outdoors. Products dyed peach, beige, or taupe will look pinkish outdoors. Those dyed gray can look purplish outdoors. Colors change in different light settings due to the fabric being dyed. The dye used on your footwear is water-soluble. The dye can bleed or stain if it is exposed to water or heavy moisture. This can be prevented by using a water repellent spray. This is the best protection against staining, but it will not necessarily make the footwear waterproof. If you do spray your footwear you will not be able to re-dye them.
